At F2 Lacrosse, our mission is simple: win the faceoff and control the game. We strive to empower athletes with the faceoff techniques, mechanics, skills, and knowledge they need to excel in lacrosse—fostering both confidence and competence on the field.
Founded by All-American and York College record-holder Vincent Facciponti, F2 Lacrosse offers elite lacrosse training for athletes of all ages. Specializing in faceoff technique, fundamentals, and lacrosse IQ, F2 delivers 1-on-1 coaching, lacrosse group training sessions, and clinics tailored to every level. Whether you’re new to the game or aiming for college, F2 gives you the tools to compete with confidence and control.
About Vincent Facciponti
Vincent Facciponti is a distinguished lacrosse coach and player who made a significant impact at York College of Pennsylvania. As a faceoff specialist, he set the program record with 1,083 career faceoff wins and amassed a school-best 666 ground balls over 80 games. Facciponti also holds York's record for most ground balls and faceoffs won in a single game and a single season.
His accolades include being named the MAC Commonwealth Specialist of the Year in 2023 and 2024, as well as earning USILA Honorable Mention All-American honors in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Facciponti was also named First Team All-Conference for four consecutive years. In April 2024, he received the MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week award following a record-setting performance with 33 faceoff wins and 27 ground balls in a single game.
Beyond his on-field achievements, Facciponti pursued academic excellence, earning a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a minor in Athletic Coaching, followed by a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and Management.
His dedication to the sport and commitment to leadership have established him as a respected coach and mentor in the lacrosse community.
